Return Eligibility

• Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items.

• All handmade items are non-refundable.

• Repairs or replacements can be arranged after verifying the item is either defective or sent incorrectly.

• By placing your order, you acknowledge that it will take approximately 2-3 weeks to handmade your jewelry before shipping.
   

Return Shipping

• For defective or incorrect items, WHITEDO will cover the return and exchange shipping fees after verification.

• Please DO NOT send the product directly; contact us first.
